Congratulations to Leah Blair, our Gift It Forward social media contest winner! She won $500 for herself, and a $500 donation was made in her name to Hawks Wrestling Club in Lincoln.

Leah says Hawks Wrestling has a special place in her heart—she’s both the organization’s President and has a son who has wrestled with the club for the last eight years.

Leah noted that Hawks prides itself on a welcoming environment for both boys and girls, adding that if a parent cannot afford membership, “We do [provide] scholarships to make sure every athlete is able to be on the mat.”

Leah joined MembersOwn 15 years ago and has since opened checking and savings accounts, car loans, and credit cards. She and her husband recently celebrated a special milestone by helping their 16-year-old daughter open her first checking account too.
