Welcome back, Serena Vanderford!

We are excited to welcome back a familiar face to MembersOwn. Serena Vanderford has returned to our team as a Lending Specialist. She was previously a Member Service Representative and is ready to help members take the next step in their financial journey.

Serena has always been passionate about connecting with people and making them feel comfortable when it comes to their finances. As she explains, “I love working with people because it presents an opportunity to build relationships with them. I enjoy getting to know people, and building those relationships helps put the member at ease knowing their finances are in good hands at MOCU.”

In her new role, Serena is looking forward to helping members navigate their lending needs, whether that means financing a new vehicle, getting a credit card or personal loan, and finding solutions that make life a little easier. Her genuine care for members and her ability to build strong relationships make her a great fit for the Lending team.
