Congratulations to Jason Thavenet, our Gift It Forward social media contest winner! He won $500 for himself, and a $500 donation was made in his name to Blue Valley Behavioral Health in Beatrice.

Jason says Blue Valley Behavioral Health has a positive presence at the middle school where he works, adding, “I’ve always said if I had a chance to give some money back, I would donate it to them in a heartbeat.”

Jason became a credit union member 25 years ago, deciding to join when he needed a car loan.

“The thing I like most about MembersOwn as a financial partner is they’re always good to you,” he said. “They’re always friendly and helpful; they’ll work with you however they can.”
