What You’ll Do

As a Member Service Representative, you are often the first face members see and the voice they trust. In this role, you will:

• Assist members with daily transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Build relationships by listening and offering helpful solutions
• Handle cash accurately and maintain detailed records
• Support your team and contribute to a welcoming branch environment

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of cash handling experience (required)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Comfort with learning new systems and technology
• Dependability and a positive, team-focused attitude

Position Details

Location: Beatrice Branch (in person)
Schedule: 11:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., plus every other Saturday from 8:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.
Pay: $15.00 – $22.23 per hour
