Although cross-account transfers will no longer be available, you’ll still be able to send money using Member-to-Member (M2M) payments. Plus, after the upgrade, all accounts you’re an owner on will be viewable and accessible in one place—making transfers between them quick and easy.

Our System Upgrade is on the Way!
At MembersOwn, we’re always looking for ways to improve your banking experience. This June, we’re launching a new banking system designed to make managing your money even easier, more secure, and more personalized.
While this system upgrade is a big step forward for us behind the scenes, most members won’t notice many changes to their everyday banking. The upgrade primarily affects the system our staff uses, allowing us to serve you more efficiently and effectively.
Member Benefits After the Upgrade:
- One Login, All Accounts
All accounts you’re listed on—primary or joint—will appear under a single login. No more juggling multiple credentials!
- More Alert Options
Enhanced control and customization of debit card alerts will be available post-upgrade.
- SavvyMoney’s Credit Score
Take advantage of free credit score monitoring and financial wellness tips by enrolling in SavvyMoney’s Credit Score with the upgrade.
- Member-to-Member Transfers
Sending money to other MembersOwn members will be quick and easy—with instant transfers after the upgrade!

What’s happening with text banking and Teledata 24?
Text banking—a service that let you check balances, recent activity, or transfer funds by texting 531-248-3900—will be phased out after the upgrade.
It’s a tool used by only a small number of members, and we’re streamlining services to focus on more popular options like our mobile app and online banking.
For the same reasons, Teledata 24, our phone-based account information system, is also being phased out.
