Set Up Your Custom Alerts

Getting started is simple:

  1. Log in to Digital Banking.

  2. Tap the Menu and select Alerts.

  3. Choose the types of alerts you want such as balance updates, deposits, withdrawals, or login notifications, and which account they apply to.

  4. Decide how you’d like to be notified by push notification, text message, email, or a combination.

You’ll have the flexibility to make alerts work for you and your lifestyle.

 

Keep Your MembersOwn App Up to Date

If your app is set to automatically update, you’re good to go.

If not, you may need to manually update it to make sure you have the latest version of the MembersOwn app.

On iPhone:

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.

  3. Scroll down to see pending updates.

  4. Tap Update next to the MembersOwn app, or tap Update All to update everything.

To enable automatic updates, go to Settings > App Store and turn on App Updates.

If updating isn’t an option, delete the MembersOwn app and redownload it from the App Store.

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select Manage apps & device.

  4. Under Updates available, find the MembersOwn app.

  5. Tap Update or choose Update all.

If updating isn’t available, delete the MembersOwn app and redownload it from the Google Play Store.
