Multi-Factor Authentication is Coming to Home Banking

Mark your calendars: starting October 5 we will be enhancing our multi-factor authentication to access Home Banking.
Keeping your account information safe is important to us and multi-factor authentication is an easy way to continue keeping it secure. It requires two verification factors when logging in: a username/password and an authentication code. You won’t be required to enter the authentication code every time you log in (only when you log in from an unsaved device).
On October 5:
- Please make sure that you have a cell phone number and email address on file with us
- When you log in, save your device, and name it something that’s easy to recognize (ex: Mary’s Phone, My Cell)
