During the holiday season, credit unions and banks see an uptick in scams and fraud, particularly concerning credit and debit card fraud.
Due to the increasing amount of fraudulent online debit card activity, we’ve implemented tighter security when using your debit card online. This change may result in some transactions being declined unexpectedly. If you attempt to make a larger online purchase, or your online purchase is declined for an unknown reason, please contact our offices so we can assist completing your transaction.
Please continue to monitor your checking accounts and credit card statements for suspicious activity, and always contact us if you see something amiss.
