Enhanced control and customization of debit card alerts are available post-upgrade.
- SavvyMoney’s Credit Score
Take advantage of free credit score monitoring and financial wellness tips by enrolling in SavvyMoney’s Credit Score.
- Member-to-Member Transfers
Sending money to other MembersOwn members is quick and easy—with instant transfers!

Do I need to re-download or update the mobile app?
Possibly. If you’ve enabled auto-updates, your app should update automatically. If not, you will need to update or re-download the app. You will likely need to re-enable biometrics (like Face ID or fingerprint).

Have my login credentials changed?
No. You’ll use the same username and password.___________________________________________________________________________
Why am I seeing more accounts than usual in my online banking?
With our upgraded system, you now see all the accounts you’re listed on—whether you’re the primary or joint owner—under a single login.
If you’re noticing extra accounts, that’s completely normal!
Want a cleaner view? You can hide any accounts you don’t need to see by going to your Settings, selecting Manage Accounts, selecting Hide Suffixes, and toggling off the accounts you’d like to remove from your view.
If you’d like to update account ownership instead, we’re happy to help—just reach out!

Am I still able to see my transaction history?
Yes. A paper statement for the period ending May 31, 2025, will be mailed to all members. If you’re enrolled in eStatements, it’ll also be available online. Your transaction history will continue to be accessible through online and mobile banking after the upgrade.

What happened with text banking and Teledata 24?
Text banking—a service that lets you check balances, recent activity, or transfer funds by texting 531-248-3900—has been phased out.
It’s a tool used by only a small number of members, and we’ve streamlined our services to focus on more popular options like our mobile app and online banking.
For the same reasons, Teledata 24, our phone-based account information system, has been phased out.
